10:30 AM- 2:30 PM Hike from Jinshanling to Simatai

The distance between Jinshanling and Simatai is approximately 10.5 kilometers and typically takes 3-4 hours to complete. It's important to start early in the day to allow enough time to finish the hike before sunset and fully enjoy the stunning views.

With a dense concentration of watchtowers, there are 67 watchtowers along the wall, each with a unique style, intricately built, and magnificent in appearance.

Ensure you have proper hiking gear, plenty of water, snacks, and be prepared for uneven terrain and varying elevations.
